Cognitive distortions, seeing things as a bit more negative than they really are, we all get them and can make our naughty list grow and grow.

We are even better than Santa at finding ours/heirs naughty sides-full volume!

Our emotional reasoning around the holidays can make our judgements became enflamed in distortions. So we only remember the "Naughty" sides.

Who(se) expectations are writing out on our naughty and nice lists?

What would it take to be on our nice list to ourselves and others to zoom out and witness the pattern, process, or misunderstanding?
