Every night there is a time to be grateful, the moment our head touches the pillow. We can flood our body with these high vibrations of feeling grateful and blessed that we have a bed to sleep in, a cover to put over our body, and soft pillow to lay our head on. It makes no difference to your bank account if you worry. Making gratitude a part of your nightly routine before you go to sleep can lead to an upwards spiral of more things to be grateful for instead of going the opposite spiral to low vibrations of worry and fear that you can't deal with what life has for you on your plate.
