When you are grounded and in tune with your own nature you are always protected. I used to be so afraid of other people’s energy, really like it would just seep into me and I would get infected by their weird vibes. Yet when I am the one in my body, claiming the space, integrating with the elements then I get to feel like the merciless expansion of my own essence. There is no more reason for overwhelming social anxiety when you have your energy practices on point!
