Grounding the Pressure of the Mind

Assigning the mind to a new task

Before confusion becomes pressure..Relieve some of that pressure with this practice that is attuned with the time we're in of the waning moon: observe where the discomfort of the situation is in your body. Feeling sad? Take a moment to ask where it is in your body. This takes you into your body and grounds the pressure of the mind, instead of spiraling into more thoughts. Sometimes I feel scarcity/fear on my left side in my shoulder sometimes, and it's the part of me afraid to receive, thinking that by receiving I owe someone and then I feel the pressure to Give back. I know this because I ask and life shows me this lesson and this feeling. What does life show you.. Without avoiding what is painful, that you can notice without becoming immersed in it?

Even by simply asking?

What do I need to know, and where is this showing up in my body?

This is an empowering practice to remember your experiencing an emotion without becoming it completely.
